To accelerate the implementation of green building operations and maintenance practices in existing buildings in San Diego County by educating building owners and managers about the benefits of the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Green Building Rating System.


The Commercial Real Estate: LEED Existing Building Operations & Maintenance Committee participates with the Green Assistance Program.


Big Hairy Audacious Goal
: 

To build education and capacity and support in the region to contribute to the certification of 100 LEED EBOM projects in San Diego County by the end of 2013.  As of Jan 2012, there are 28 LEED EBOM Certified Projects...
