Executive Committee Purpose
The Executive Committee directs and manages activities of the Chapter to ensure growth,
efficiency, effectiveness and adherence to its Core Purpose as well as stated goals of
its permanent and ad hoc committees. Required to be chaired by the Chapter President,
it sets agendas for Board of Director meetings, assigns tasks, and manages activities
relevant to Chapter bylaws, policies and procedures and other governance methods.
It also ensures that committees have the resources to conduct their activities.
