LEED O+M 251: Understanding the Operations + Maintenance Rating System

Gain essential knowledge of the LEED O+M rating system, including credit intents, requirements, and referenced standards; synergies among credits; and foundations of the LEED certification process. This course provides a foundation for professionals working on or considering LEED for Existing Buildings certification projects. This course will also review the necessary body of knowledge for pursuing the LEED AP O+M specialty credential. Course Prerequisites: General green building knowledge. It is also recommended that you have completed the LEED 201 course, either in-person or online. This course provides 7 GBCI CE Hours or 7 GBCI CE Hours LEED OM Specific.
